Our creative department has a big role in ideating concepts for our client initiatives. They’ll then collaborate with the account, program and marketing disciplines to bring the concept to life. Part of those concepts may manifest in crafting physical and digital materials for our experiences, including (but not limited to) winning custom proposals, signage, branding and decor. They’re the idea people, the designers, and the executors of creative needs.

Our production department is accountable for handling all logistics related to an experience. They are the executors, the project managers, the make-it-happeners; taking a concept from discussion to execution from vendor relations and logistics-related client communications to the live or digital day-of execution. Production ensures both the internal and external teams are aware of the run-of-show, deliverables and expectations throughout each experience. During the planning phase, they manage internal workback timelines, source the unsourceable and have a wide-reaching network from which to call on when planning and executing our experiences. They are the five-steps-ahead, against-all-odds arm of RED VELVET.

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES:

An integral part of our business development department, the accounts team exhibits skills key to building valued agency relationships. They are strategists, brand champions, agency facilitators and opportunists who help maintain an account’s health and grow the business. The accounts team leverages key tenets of management between client and RED VELVET team, which is inclusive of brand discovery, experiential strategy, scope management, risk management, team management and conflict resolution.

Our contractors are folks we trust to represent RED VELVET as true extensions of us. As such, we expect professional collaboration with internal and client teams throughout each facet of your contract to ensure the successful delivery of memorable and impactful client experiences. Brand Ambassadors act as the face and voice of the brand onsite, engaging with attendees to create positive brand experiences by answering inquiries, providing product information and addressing customer concerns. Adjacently, onsite assistance (gig workers) bring an outside perspective and wealth of experiences through their own unique work history. They will be responsible for providing professional event services during the execution and/or planning phase of experiences ranging from conferences and trade shows to corporate meetings and brand activations.

We work within a POD structure, which primarily consists of an Account Manager, Producer and Creative. These PODs are formed and created based on several aspects including, prior relationships, availability, and the specific needs of the program. The team will work together throughout the process from ideation to reconciliation together to ensure that all aspects of the program are being fulfilled. The structure allows our team to be collaborative and able to support all aspects of our clients needs.
