Over the past 4+ years, Clarissa helped develop and grow Rooster Teeth's annual convention, RTX, and live tours into a thriving business that provides a space for their community to connect with talent, partners, and each other. This year, Clarissa navigated the new challenge of taking what's been so unique to the Rooster Teeth community and adjusting it for the virtual world.
