The Texas Apartment Association (TAA) ONE Conference & Expo returned May 7–9 in Houston as RED VELVET’s second collaboration with the organization. Building on prior success, the 2025 event expanded its experience design to deliver a more immersive, polished conference for over 4,000 attendees and 385 exhibitors, reinforcing its role as a leading platform for industry education, networking, and innovation.

The challenge was to scale the event with expanded activations, new environments, and diverse content offerings, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity under the year’s theme of space and delivering meaningful value to both first-time and returning industry professionals.
