Challenge
In the midst of a crazy 2021 F1 weekend, we were given the opportunity to work directly with Country Lab, an award-winning international agency based out of Italy. We were the strategic “boots on the ground” for the planning and organization period leading up to their global client's US Grand Prix three-day event in Austin, TX.
Solution
Country Lab interviewed a few Austin based agencies and there was an instant connection between the RED VELVET team and Country Lab’s lead producer. We were able to work closely with Country Lab to evaluate the constantly changing COVID-19 protocols, correspond with local event partners to achieve each event’s overall look and feel, and execute on-site logistics. Knowing how difficult four events in a three-day period would be to manage, we worked closely together to ensure every moment of each day would be properly accounted for and planned to the best of our abilities.
