With a celebration like Valentine’s Day, when people often expect romance, affection, and gifts that express those sentiments, how can you get Austinites to consider Jimmy John’s sandwiches as the perfect date night meal?

Jimmy John’s entrusted Anomaly LA and RED VELVET to plan, design, and produce Château Jé Jé, a high-end French bistro-inspired dining experience for it’s Valentine’s Day pop-up in Austin, TX.

The romantic event featured a four-course meal with sandwich-style hors d’oeuvres served by salami boutonnière-wearing waiters and a serenade by an elegant jazz trio.
